By consenting to Lunaro's SMS marketing at checkout or via our subscription tools, and by initiating a purchase or subscribing, you agree to receive recurring text messages including order updates, abandoned cart reminders, promotional offers, and review requests — even if your number is on a state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
To opt out: reply STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message from us. You may also use the unsubscribe link in our messages, or clearly request to opt out in any other way. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
We reserve the right to change the phone number or short code used to deliver our messages. If we do, we will notify you. We are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages.

7. Arbitration Agreement
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
By purchasing from Lunaro or using our Site, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Lunaro arising out of or related to: (a) these Terms or their breach; (b) your use of our Site or Services; or (c) any alleged violation of any federal, state, or local law or ordinance (each, a "Claim"), will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.
Arbitration is a private dispute resolution process before a neutral arbitrator, not a court or jury. The arbitrator will issue a written, reasoned decision and may not commit errors of law; their award may be reviewed by a court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees, expert costs, and other expenses.
Arbitration Procedures: Claims will be heard by a single arbitrator. Arbitrations will be held in Wyoming, USA, though parties may choose to appear in person, by phone, or via document submission. These arbitration provisions are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and the internal laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflicts of law principles. If the arbitrator determines the FAA does not apply, New York arbitration law will govern. All disputes regarding the applicability, validity, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement will be resolved exclusively by the arbitrator.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase from Lunaro by sending a written notice to contact@lunarowatches.com. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration. Opting out will not affect your relationship with Lunaro in any way. Opt-out requests received after 30 days will not be valid.
8. Class Action Waiver
You and Lunaro agree that any Claim will be brought only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from other individuals or preside over any representative proceeding, unless both parties agree in writing. Any dispute over whether this Class Action Waiver is valid or enforceable will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction, not an arbitrator.
9. Cookies
Our Site may request your acceptance of cookies for statistical, functional, and advertising purposes. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by our web server. 10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 7, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
